Thought I'd add this in case anyone uses the Canna line of products. I find it easy to follow.... which means its easy lol.

Wish I could post the chart but it changes depending on water supply, etc.

heres the link:

I have stolen this from Luc...thank you dear...

This is properties of oils for using in balms etc.

Here is what he had to say about this from his research.

Posted ImageLuc, on 24 November 2011 - 03:32 PM, said:</p>My insight and knowledge my be questionable. ;-) The whole good fats bad fats is confusing, I don't completely understand it. Most of what I've read in the past about Coconut oil is that it is good for you.

Below are from my notes and links on Coconut oil and Alzheimer's

"*The type of ‘short chain fatty acids’ that are found in Coconut oil and Ghee (clarified butter) are excellent conductors of THC, and much easier for the human digestive system to metabolize. Therefore, where possible, go for an oil or butter high in saturated fats rather than monounsaturated or polyunsaturated. Although they’ll still work, much of the potency will be lost, requiring much greater amounts of weed to eaten in order to achieve similar results. As coconut oil is far cheaper than good weed, you’re better off investing in a jar."

this is truly an amazing page, i have faved it, i would encourage everyone who grows to faviroute this page,s theres everything a grower needs here, well done to all at GP who compiled this info, theres no way you can fail to grow good weed with all this information, i,ll be reading this lot for a while but i,m damn sure i,ll be a much better grower for it, thanks GP, you,r da bomb!!!!!. i would like to say tho, the chart on bio bizz nutes, anyone using bio bizz(as i am) must check a couple of things first,,,,,,,check your soil, how much nutes are already in there, for example, i always use john innes potting and seeding soil as it has no nutes or very limited, so i can start adding nutes almost immediatly, wheras john innes no1 soilo has a little more nutes so you will need to wait till the plant has used up all the nutes in the soil before adding any more,,,and theres john innes no2 soil which has even MORE nutes in so you will have to wait about 5-6 weeks before adding bio bizz nutes. This i know as i followed the chart, using john innes no2 soilo, i added nutes right away and nute burned my girls, luckily someone explained this to me and i was able to flush them through as soon as possible, flushing them with pure water and letting it run through, i did this in the bath so the water could constantly run through and not letting them sit in hot water(by hot i mean too many nutes), i had to flush them with about10 litres of water to cvlean out all the extra nutes, so plz, check what kind of soil youre using before adding bio bizz nutes.I,ve also found that it,s better to add at 1/2 strenghth first, then build up, on the chart it tells you to start with 2mils per litre,DON,T, only use 1 mil per litre untill you,re sure the plants are taking up the nutes with no problems, or you WILL nute burn your plants.Once you,re plants are taking the nutes i would advise putting the nutes up by 1 mil at a time, not the 2 the chart says, again this is from expirience, i nute burned my fist grow like i said, it also looks like under watering so most peeple add more this WILL kill your plants if you keep adding nutes.SO if youre adding bio bizz nutes and the leaves start yellowing, seriously check how much your adding and if need be, get them flushed through as soon as you detect the problem, it,s the difference between life and death for your plants, i also add epsom with every feed in soil as my first 2 grows i knew nothing about mg deffs and the likes, so plz, do youre home work about grow mediums and nutes before you even think about planting seeds, also i would urge you to look at light wattages and the distance your bulb should be from the plants, i,ve seen someone who actually thought the more heat the better,,, didn,t take him long to cook his plants with a 400w hps bulb 4 inches from the top of hgis plants, you try and help someone bvut noooooo, they always know better,,,lol, so all the info for a great grow is right here, use it plz, it,ll save time money and failed grows. all this IS from expirience but if i had accsess to all this info it would never have happened.Thanx again GP, i,m proud to be part of the family, imo this is the best and most friendly forum on the net,, ;-}_, peace!!!

heres a couple of pics i took today, these are plants that have been "TOPPED", as you can see the middle of the two offshoots at the internode is where i nipped them off using my thumb and forefinger, and what would have just been offshoots will now become two main grow tips,, a kinda double headed monster if ya like. peace ;-}_,.just read your post j, thanks for the support, and as i learn i think it,s my duty as a GP member to pass on any knowledge i have, from wherever i got it, thanks again for the support, peace ;-}_,
