This weeks update, they are growing and will be getting new shoes today. Two of them will, one is a little sick still.I have washed 5 pots of coco to see if that has anything to do with the PH swings.I think it does and will see in a week or so.As is it's going and it should come around and take off.The Cal-o look to be good growing strain as to the way they are handling the swings. Here's a couple pix Peace

Hello, well it's been just over two weeks since last up date. The two have new shoes and are liking them too after the PH of the coco changed. It seen as each block I hydrate the salt is higher. Year ago I didn't have to wash it after swelling it up.Now you better or deal with PH swings  yellowing and all.Now I wash it after I swell it up.this last wash took 12 gl of 0 ppm R/O water to get a run off of 30 ppms. The 1st sample of the run off coming out hit 345 ppm's of what I believe is salt. After re-potting they started to green up.Now they are on there way to grow into there big shoes that are waiting. Here's a couple pix enjoy. Peace

I automatically assume it's going to be salty, and wash it good...

Hello it's been a while but they are growing very well. They were up potted 2 days ago.I moved them into the cab to veg under MH for 2 wks and then into the flower rm.The one on the right is showing that it's a female but have to wait and see. The one on the left is looking to be male but it could change just have to wait and see. They are strong growers so I think these will be good yield at harvest. So far they take what nutr I given them and they eat it up.Well here's the pixs. Peace

All about Hemp page 94.
"The probable future sex of a pre-floral hemp plant can be guessed by calculating the Leaf-Mass-Index [LMI]: Count the points [3,5,7] on 3 leaves in the center of a cluster. Divide that number by 3 to determine the average number of points. Repeat the process several times, and figure that average also. Multiply the two averages to determine the LMI. A high LMI indicates that the plant will be female."

Might be time to test this info, eh? :D hehehe

Some healthy plants there!
