ALL are growing outside whilst the weather allows it...some are going in the ground, some will be grown in bucketpots to completion outside, whilst others grown in bucketpots will be transferred to the cabinet when daylight drops to be grown longer....those will be a mix, including the landrace sativas...the blacks.

You will love the Painkiller!

Meanwhile dried, I gave away some samples to people with pain symptoms, they are very satisfied,

and it seems I should have grown up more than 1 plant.....

update on the grow so far.

Things have NOT gone well. The paper cups used to strike the seeds is terrible for the purpose. The cups do not wick up water even with many holes put into the bottom of the cups. The method of pre-soaking seed does not perform well here so I am going back to foam cups and direct sowing the seed into the cup of coir.

My efforts in taming my yard of a decade’s neglect seem to have stalled on the last leg.

I am taking my time with this final leg of work....taxing myself too hard physically knocks me off my feet for days afterwards.

I have lost one purple kush seedling to wilt or a stem chewer. The others are doing fine so far.

I have made an experimental netpot from an old plastic milkcrate and fiberglass flyscreen.
I was wrong to choose the cheaper fiberglass flyscreen over the more expensive metal flyscreen which I will opt for in the future.

As I have been quite a wreck physically of late I could not sew the flyscreen as I had intended so I went the easy&nasty route and used liquid nails to secure the flyscreen inside the form of the milkcrate and to the top edges.

I will give it 3 days to cure the liquid nails then fill the new netcrate with coir and let it await its seedling :D: heehehe

As long as the liquid nails holds the flyscreen inside the form of the milkcrate this should go well methinks.

I am starting with just the one experimental netcrate to begin with but I expect I shall make more in future if this works as well as I am hoping :stick out tongue: hehehe

and lastly a little experiment...I have an old birdcage I am filling with a mix of old used coir, exhausted potting soil and coir mulch...its 95% full now...just another session stuffing it and it will be ready to let rip! muahahaha! As you can see I am not cleaning the coir or potting mix, just cramming it in there...this is a low effort experiment :D:

Gonna plant it out with a load of Jackass AF seeds and see if I can grow a canna-porcupine planter :D: teeheee
