Specifics on the soil please. Nutrientless, some nutes, full of nutes?

Also, as an aside, don't leave the water droplets on the leaves while the lights are on. It'll act as a magnifying glass and literally burn the leaf.

And strain specific on the ER, they didn't yellow out on me until I hit flower, and that was probably my fault for not giving them enough food.

I'm very much pulling for you, as we are brothers of the first grow (lol). Don't beat yourself up over it, I killed my first attempt. At least you haven't committed infanticide yet.

The soil has very small amounts of nutes it seems. The numbers on the bag are small compared to others I looked at in the store, at least I think. I usually take the tip of a napkin and absorb the water on the leaves but I took the picture before I did so. I'm not sure if for some reason it got more nutes than the others, I've done everything exactly the same for each plant. I still think I hurt it when the soil got disturbed, maybe the roots got shaken up and it stunted. I hope it turns out as good as yours :D

I'm hoping your Easy Ryder comes back to life. I'd love to see that girl get rocking.

Your likely going to need to fertilize pretty quick.

Wow I thought I wouldnt have to worry about that for a while. Why do you say that KD? is it something you can see in the plants or just a common thing to do at around 2 weeks old.

Oh yeah dude, I needed to start feeding them around 2 weeks or so. As long as you aren't going overboard, they should be fine.

And feed from the bottom up. Helpful tip I got from the guys at the local shop to help stop fungus gnats

Miracle Grow isn't really bad potting soil but it's pretty limited. As you noted the numbers on the are low and the type of nutes are slow release and your plants are hitting the point where they are getting hungry so it might be time to start feeding.

Yeah. Don't know if your going synthetic or organic, but if you're going organic, I suggest the BioBizz line of nutes. My plants seem to really like it and it's just sugars and stuff. It's all made from molasses and kelp and stuff. You need at the very least... Grow and Bloom stuff. I haven't gotten into extra addatives or anything, cuz... well... they're expensive, and I'm worried I'd blow it and annhilate them. But yeah... they like to be fed and stay healthy.

What I'd like to know is why is one thriving and doing okay, and the other two are unhappy?

Diesel Ryder, easy Ryder, afghan kush Ryder. Thanks for the info I didnt know that. I will have to make a trip to the store. I already have bloom nutes.

I'm still not sure PBG. I can't think of anything different in what I've done for each plant.

Besides the pot size there's nothing I can think of to differentiate between the plants and what I've done. The nutes I have are dyna-gro 3-12-6, so I'm guessing that wont work? They are more for flowering but idk if I could use them now or not.

Synthetics are not my department. I'm trying to go all organic, just for health sake.

You can use those nutes though they are low in nitrogen but can be suplemented with a bit of high N ferts. As for why the difference among plants, some strains like C99 are heavy feeders and some such as the original Blueberry strain isn't. You just have to deal with the differences the best you can.

EDIT: heres something that helps explain things... http://generalhortic...t/nutrient.html

The easy Ryder looks like its hanging on, hard to tell what's going to happen to it. It stretched a lot so I moved it closer to my lights. I also fed it a small amount of nutes high in nitrogen to see if that will help it at all, hopefully it doesn't just kill it lol. The diesel Ryder is looking a little healthier, much more compared to the easy Ryder. The ak is going perfect. No discoloration or slow growth that I've noticed. Looks nice and healthy to me. Can't wait to see how it looks in a couple weeks and I'm curious how the other two will do.

Seems like all 3 responded well to nutes. Most noticeably in the diesel Ryder and ak Ryder.

Looking at the easy ryder and I just can't help but get a little misty eyed. I remember when my girls were that small. LOL. They'll get there dude. I definitely want a smoke report on that AKR, cuz the way it's growing, I might give it a shot if I decide to do auto's again after my next round or two (cuz I still have seeds left.)

Time and patience, Ryder genetics tend to be stubby, just need to see how wide they get.
