Am in the U.S. and was looking for a unit that would be easy to maintain at 200 degrees while making small batches or medium ( oz + ) at a time Any input would be greatly appreciated, or how to maintain the proper temps using other methods ? many thanks , juniper

Hello Stone Ranger uses a crock-pot to cook it down. Kitty does the same with her crock-pot . A good crock will keep the temp at what you set it too. My crock -pot has a removable pot. Hope thah helps. Need Holler. Peace

Hi Juniper.. nice to meet you. I have a couple different crock pots I use for budder and NN. Here's the one I use for the smaller batches of NN http://www.amazon.co...lex slow cooker I really like this one because of the keep warm setting.... but none of them will really get too hot on the low setting either. I just add the coconut oil... then the plant matter... let it cook down a bit and then add more of the plant matter while stirring. Hasn't done me wrong yet! Hope this helps Hugs!

Another thing is an electric skillet. They usually have a thermostat on them so you can set the temp. Peace, Blue
