What are some of the reasons for this? I just harvested a diesel ryder grown in canna coco that had really stalled in flower, taking up a huge amount of space for her tiny buds, and was really good smoke already at day 75. I'll probably get <10grams of bud, and as much in trim and popcorn. She was flowered mainly in 12/12, so to be expected. Anyhoo, disappointment aside, I thought she was at least getting fed, but apparently not. ANy ideas? Thanks goodday,gv

I've had hollow stems that could be used as a straw.

Every auto I've grown has had a hollow stem - some more than others, but I wouldn't be surprised if it has something to do with the Ruderalis part of it all...

Yep some are just a tiny hole and others are basically like Zoot said a straw! I was told that sativa's usually are like that, but it sure did look strange the first time I saw it.

hugs

Thanks you guys, I wasn't aware it could be natural to the plant; and yes, this DR was like a straw, whereas the samples of the Pineapple Express are tight sticks. She should be dry tomorrow already! Strong smoke, I think. Anyhoo, merci, have a good day all, gv

Was it a clone or seed? Some times you just get a fussy plant from seed. If you did previously and it's only this one, I'm stumped.

Here's a straw of a stock I just harvested. The plant was 50" tall with no support but ridged as hell.
