I ordered and began growing the Malana Cream seeds I purchased from Attitude. At the same time I began a couple of Auroras. Of the 4 Malanas cracked, three lived to when I whacked them down and the 4th was a smallmale. I got a dwarf Malana male and what has to be described as a dwarf male Aurora. He was 14 inches tall when I harvested pollen from him. The Malana was closer to 17 inches. I polenated Malana #3 with both Malana and Aurora pollen. The Malana male was not as potent as the Aurora male thus I harvested far fewer seeds from that side.

Wow you folks are right on top of things. I hadn't even posted pics, hahaha so without further adieu here are pics from cracking the beans too now.Two have been in the bloom hut since 6-19.
So mods there is a whole journal in one post LOL
My nutes are FF and molasses / Dextrose when flowering, Dextrose the last couple of waterings, there is absolutely zero nutes in Dextrose and zero TDS
Enjoy <_<

High All, glad you could drop in. It has been 20 days since the light cycle change to 12/12 and the flowering is beginning to pick up the pace. When we flipped these they were 20 and 16 inches respectively. These two girls now measure out at 39 and 35 inches respectively virtually doubling in size in 20 days. Just a bit faster than your normal sativa growth and the flowers look like they may also taken the flower structure from the Aurora. I love this strain. If all I ever had for the rest of my was MTF and Aurora Indica, a satisfied man I would be. Cross these two and you get Moose Nutz which I could easily re-name "The Hammer". HAHAHAHAHA How do these look to you? Do ya think they will finish in 8-10 weeks????? Will they fit under my lights. I can wrangle another 3 inches of head room if need be? :D: :) The last pic sucks but the wind was a blowin. There's also a pic of 3 Smash clones just started under 12/12 cycle.

OK time for an update, both have seemed to have stopped getting taller being 40 and 37 inches respectively. They doubled in height and STOPPED. Now they are putting out some really nice bud sites. It is now day 33 since they were put in the bloom hut. I am getting a little bit of color on the hairs and it appears pinkish. The shorter plant's cola looks more like the sativa side being thinner than her sister she also looks to have a longer cola and buds. They both have a sweet smell, nothing skunky about these gals. Seeing as how they stopped growing taller when they doubled in height, I believe the strain would be effective grown indoors. The yield will be the determining factor.

That's a good height, Aurora Indica tends to be shorter. Maybe it'll fill out the same way. :)
