Thanks Jangel! I'm glad you're following along. I hope yer proud :) I've got a question for ya'll! When I give my ladies nutes... I mix it in 4L of water and the nutes according to the GH chart. Now, here is what I am confused about; when I feed the ladies until they drip, there is always a lot of left-over nute-mix. Do I throw this out? do I save it? I can't imagine saving it since I won't be using that strength as I'll be moving on... but it seems like a waste! Oh, and another question. Is there anything one can do with the male plant? or is it useless at this point?

well as far as the male plant goes it all depends on what you wanna do. first ask yourself "was this strain worth groing again?" or "was this strain worth keeping the genetics for a cross breed?" If you answer yes to any of these questions than you might wanna save a male. If you do decide to do this be very careful. Keep it completely away from any females. As in another room away! Don't even handle the male plant prior to entering your flowering room. Don't even allow for air to exchange from room to room. This will result in SEEDS! Wich is not bad being that is the reason for keeping the male, but you want to be organized and very precise with pollinating. You don't wanna ruin your whole garden. If it's possible issolate a single female that you choose fit (A REALLY GOOD LOOKING FEMALE, PREFERABLY YOUR BEST ONE) to pollinate and place it with the male. Place a fan in the room and let the male pollen sacs grow, develope, hang over, and then finally disperse their pollen wich looks like gold dust! Do not put this pollinated female back into the flowering room. You must keep her seperate for the rest of her life. She will now ruin the garden just by being pollinated by the male. Also you're doing great! you have some healthy looking plants. I love it when i see people with nice big fat healthy plants vegging off flour'os and cfls. so many people put them down and whenever you look at something so healthy and beautiful as these plants you just say "the heck with them!" thanks for a new journal to keep up on!

Thanks for the kind words, Fellas. Here is a pictorial update. I have to restrain myself from taking them out from under the light and taking pictures. It's neat, though. I enjoy putting them in front of a different color to contrast with the green. There ye go. This is "JackTheRipper"

I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean they are in small pots?

They only look like they are less than 2 feet tall.I let mine get about 2 to 3 feet tall in the veg state before i turn them. Then your plants turn out to be 4 to 5 feet tall when they are finished. They have bigger buds .

@plant boy Thank you for your feedback. Yeah, I planted mine that way. Smaller plants have less bud sites, but heavier buds. Don't you find that to be the case?

It is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things to start from a seed and end up with nice dank buds that YOU grew!

Im happy for you, keep up the good work!
