lawfully, i have chronic pain in my foot from an accident. It's sore, doesn't hurt, everyday and since i am on my feet all day i need help physically and mentally to get by. The worst part is when i'm not medicated and the sudden sharp pain comes, kinda like how a cramp creeps up. When i'm not medicated and the pain comes i literally stop what i'm doing and go through my five minutes of flexing, stretching, bone popping/cracking exercises to decrease the pain. Even with that my foot still feels like it needs to crack to relieve tension. If i'm medicated, for some reason when i do the exercises, it is less painfull and the tension i was previously explaining is relieved--like finally bein able to crack you knuckles after not doing it for a while.
Now, recently since i've been growing. the things i need to do to work on my garden has exposed me to new weaknesses to work on with my injury.
Personally, i had anger and temperment issues. i was put on anti deppressants as a teen (misdiagnosed because i was angry not sad) and taken off with no supervision after. After smoking cigs and herb i thought the two were my best combo. herb because we all know why and cigs because it can keep a weak buzz going. I quit smoking cigs, a lil more herb, but am able to do physical activities that were harder to do before. Still can't run a mile without my foot hurting. Once i do that i'm of MJ and going into Law Enforcement--hey don't hate or be afraid, i'm in it for the fight against Meth in Hawaii. But if not, hey. cant stay irie for long time.

Abdominal muscle spasms, Stomach pain, anxiety, Osgood Schlatters, depression, joint pain. Manifested physical symptoms from anxiety once I was put on all sorts of pharmaceuticals(Whatever was on the market at the time; Acid blockers, Anti Depressants, Anti-Anxiety, Sleeping Pills). I used cannabis early on for fun with some friends but didnt have access to it. I stopped doing it for a long time..until I had a seriously bad reaction to upping my Zoloft, I was at pinecrest and was absolutely sick. My brother asked what I wanted to eat. I reminded him I couldnt hold anything down, but He just asked again. His girlfriend handed me a bowl of some serious bud and told me how it helped her with her issues that seemed relative. I was astonished at how much compassion they showed. I roasted the entire thing, well as most as I could as I passed it around a few times. We stopped at KFC and I picked up a new(At the time it was) KFC Bowl and a Twister wrap with fries and drink(Talk about compassion for the hungry stoner). After that day, Ive been able to somewhat understand the qualities of Cannabis.
Ive had something pop out of my higher abdomen, doctors say it wasnt a hernia cause they couldnt find it an they say it wouldnt be up there. Ive had real bad anxiety to the point of giving myself ulcers. Ive had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, Biopsies, all sorts o tests to find nothing If only I talked to someone with just a little common sense I couldve avoided a lot of the "Medical Attention" that has caused a lot of problems that are now present. Ive broken my wrist once, fractured the same one again, without any mention of rehab. Childhood wasnt that great, so ill just list PTSD even thought I dont like the idea of "Disorders". Cannabis is a life saver to me, I wouldnt be able to live the life that I do without it...and I couldnt be anymore grateful. I can say for certain that mary jane will be my gal until death do us part

Fibromyalgia
Severe chronic pain all over my entire body. Painful osteo and rhumtoid arthritis throughtout my entire body. Mental and physical fatigue and depression... Nervous condition with protective sheaths degraded from a lack of oxigen to my cells because I don't process it well...
I don't like to talk about it because it directs my focus towards the symptoms I stuggle with day in and day out and I prefer to think of other things that distract me from the pain, etc. Almost anything pleasant.
My house is full of giggling women and children playing hiding go seek...
Pot
A reason to get up in the morning
A place to go for refuge from the pain
Softness to filter harsh realities from my raw nerves
Comfort from the cold...

Of course. It is good to share this. That stuff just spills out whenever I talk about it. It COULD be that I need to talk about it more, just that its difficult.
Its important that we learn about each other this way. Understanding and compassion will surley result.
Thank you
I forgot about the "post traumatic stress" related anoxia...

Many Blessings to you. I am certain you will do much good in law enforcement. Hey, I know you guys aren't all bad. The 3 big huge armed sheriffs that came to my house after a jealous would be lover called we tip were very nice. After checking out my "garden", walking thru my house, weighing my bud, they told me that what I was doing was fine and I didn't need to be afraid and if I had any problems to give him a call.
Its great to be legal!

although I know...
that we need to have the excuses to use cannabis legally, but I just want to say that after all the research and experience I have had using and treating patients and family with this herb, I believe it has the potential to benefit ALL of man/woman kind, that it harms none, benefits all and the laws are inappropriate and create suffering in the world.

Yes, there is a similiar thead but that is okay, not enough of these here.
I have used MJ for years. It has always helped me sleep. Now I have worse insomnia than in my youth as that has been life long. Never was one to take naps, even as a baby. I also have depression, anxiety, OCD, and all that ball of wax. I try to keep it all in control and have to also watch what type of pot I smoke as some makes me more anxious. I do the best I can. I also have migraines which it does help with. Sometimes these last for days, even weeks. It is not good and have had brain scans etc. No bad results so I guess my head will not explode, it just feels that way.
How has Medical Marijuana Helped You?
Peace

Auto accident in 2000(two trees crushed me inside my truck).
Bust C-7 and they took a piece of bone from my hip and fused it back together. Left with internal spinal cord syndrome. Also had four compression fractures in my lower back.
1. My arms (shoulder to elbows) burn 24/7
2. Chronic lower back pain.
3. little hand strength(both hands)
4. Right leg is completely numb
5. Left leg is gimpy.
6. That morphine 3X per day.
The weed helps in reducing the burning in my arms and the pain to my lower back. It also majorly helps me in getting 8 hours of sleep. Increases my appetite. Note: I went from 185#'s to 140 after my accident. Because of smoking weed, I've added back 20#'s.
Since my accident, my body has become a barometer. When ever a high pressure front is pushing through, every bone/muscle aches. We just had a high pressure front come through and @ 2am, my body started majorly aching, so I got up & took a couple of hits and within an hour I was back to sleep!!

MY BAD!!!!
It was the moon reference and your tender sensitivity. You have taught me a valuable lesson! Truly, I think you can take it as a compliment because the stuff that I was relating to that seemed femimine to me was in my opion the very same traits that make you a good man, and a strong one too.
Can you please forgive me?
How can we tell when we are talking to a guy or a girl? It is a lot to leave out of the conversation, imo. Nature made us this way for a reason, right?
Men are wonderful. After all, where would we be without them! lol
