My mom was always right, it took me 32 years to finally realize that...lol. I'm liking the mods here more and more everyday...good people all of them.

Hey guys, I owe you all an explanation I suppose, az was asked to refrain from talking in a negative fashion by one of our mods, this was not the first time az was confronted about his negative behavior(s).

His reply was to tell the mod to "look the other way" and refused to apologize or stop the behavior. He was given an infraction, after which he got terribly upset and started alot of drama for me.

So he was banned. It was to be a temp ban, but after doing that, things escalated, with nasty emails from him and his friends, so the ban remains in effect for now.

As far as hempie is concerned, he couldn't cut it as a mod, he got power hungry, and wanted to run the site his way, and wouldn't listen to me, or any other mod.

In fact he would spend all morning writing me, telling me what to do, and what to change, so the site would better suit him.

When I would reply to him explaining why his ideas would not work, or were juvenile, his temper would escalate.

Hempie was given every chance, I've spent hours upon hours, trying to train him.
Something that really is not necessarry (training) and a total waste of my time.

Bottom line is that my patience is worn this with hempie and az, and the playing of head games with them is over. This is not a site for kiddies.

Every member here, is an adult capable of making mature decisions, this is who I wish to surround myself with.

I agree with you 100%, GP. Negativity of any nature is counter-productive.
AZ actually dropped by the site, and signed the guestbook, it was to criticize something. It's a shame, really. I wish the best for the both of them. May many happy days be in their future.
