Hey guys, everyone here has been very supportive and essential in the development if you will of the web site. So, I thought I might throw a few of the images for the site up to see which ones you guys like better. So here is the leaderboard, well actually two versions, I was hoping you guys could give me some input as to which one you prefer.

Edit: Of Course, the website is going to have a black background.

Yep, that's the one I would pick! The blue outline is definately cool...the other one is nice too, but it needs a blue outline!

As they are, I like the blue, also. Have you tried a lighter colored background?
A lighter background, not white, would make it really POP. imo
But, they do look good. Both.

Hey, thanks for all the help guys, i really appreciate the support, focus group style!
So, here it is on a lighter background. it's dark green, but it is lighter than black of course.
so, what do ya think?

I like the blue outlined text, but I would go for a high anti-aliasing on the final render, though. Maybe I'm too picky, but the text just looks too jagged; the slice in the text looks fine, but the edges just don't sit quite right.

Overall it looks great though.

Yeah, I was going for a jagged look, but I will tidy it up a bit. I think I have settled on the green background.

hey slim,
the blue one defines the letters more which is important but the green background does look neater i think. can you have a white outline on the green background?

they all a bit nervous looking and aren't we nervous enough fatman? nothing against the "smoke" but the letters should be a bit calmer. but that just my 2 cents and these are all some pretty amazing art works by you fatman.

The one with the blue stands out more and grabs your attention. I like the slight constast in colors it helps the words stand out.

I like the last one. It pops more and you can read it better than the second one, the green one. It has more motion to it also, makes it look like it is actually moving.

P.S. the dark green reads as black. It works.
