Set-up Options
Okay heres the story. I'm new to growing. I want to build a grow box ( more like cabinet) in my garage. I rent a house and the rental agency comes by once a year for inspections, so its pretty much going to look like a closet/cabinet. Anyway I feel pretty confident I can follow the advice of the many helpful people willing to help. My thing is what are the things I am going to need. I don't want to use the best of the best but I TRULY believe in you get what you pay for so I don't want something that will "just do".
Soil Vs. Hydro?
Should I build the cabinet with 2 separate sides?
Lighting?
Ventilation?
Cooling?
Sorry if it seems like I'm asking alot.
I dont want to bulid a starter system, i want to build something that works and will continue to work.
Thanks for the info.

You dont give alot of information to go on but, you could buy one of those closets from wally world or home depot, you could even put two together. I'll include some pictures for you to see.
If you decide to go this route, and need more info, lemme know, but you could get away with a 400 watt hps in this setup, with proper cooling.

Do you think it would be cheaper to build my own closet or pick up ones like those. That is right down my isle but I want something twice as wide if possible, but thats not a bad set-up to start. I was thinking about building something twice as big but actually having about 2 of whats pictures but one side for vegging and the other for flowering..just some ideas. I plan to start building this weekend once I make up my mind
