Of course he did. Hemp could easily replace oil, and is a renewable resourse. Hmm, that sounds like a good thing, why would anyone veto that?

Actually 100 years ago, if you refused to grow hemp, you could have been imprisoned, today, if you grow it, you will be imprisoned.

Even George Washington grew hemp.

My mom grew up on a farm in Iowa in the 40's & 50's. Every year the whole family, children and all, would burn the "weeds" growing in the corn fields. She remembered this fondly as she and her siblings would have a great time. It wasn't until years later that she realized the "weeds" they were burning was MJ!! No wonder she and her siblings enjoyed it so much!!!

I have had -0- problems. I don't think the LEO up here would even give a shiat about my little grow...they have MUCH bigger fish to fry than a sick guy. Meth labs (%$#@* meth cooking maggots are the worst!.)

If, in fact I did have an issue, the Gov. would get called in to testify about the law she signed. It is only right if the state is going to pass a law they damn well best back up their citizens and taxpayers! My guess is our Gov. WOULD stand up as best she could...hard to do against the regime in WA right now.
