My favorite is traditional Dim Sum. I love it.....
I used to work in downtown Toronto, near Universtiy and Edward steet. Pretty much right in the heart of Chinese TO. I would go at lunch for dim sum and they would come around with the tea carts with dimsum, in steamer baskets, not speaking english, yelling out what they had on the carts "stiky wice! Stiky wice! You want stiky wice? is Good!" "Bok chow ! chelsi bow! Soo Gai ! " and I love the chinese mustard. They give you little dishes, half hot oil, the other chinese mustard.
Nice topic, Lumix!
Peace

I had Dim Sum two weeks ago here. It was amazing. They just kept brining us food from the carts. I have no idea what I had most of the time, but I do remember eating chicken feet.
As far as a favorite food group. Uhm? Yo no se. That is way too difficult.

I voted Chinese but love all Asian food and good food in general. I can whip up some serious Italian cuisine on short notice, from an authentic Neapolitan pizza to a nice Chicken Piccata.
