Like I've said before, just cause Obama said it doesn't mean its going to happen. There has to be a ton of stuff changed legally on paper before any of those words carry any weight.

these just got started up and arent being shut down, coming from someone who knows the geography. It has nothing to do with Obama, only has to do with a specific person who took it upon themselves to talk to the Mayor about creating cannabis clubs in Santa Clara, more specifically San Jose.

sorry Lumix, but Which time? The first or second time he said something?

I only kid.. No but seriously, this doesnt have to do with Obama; Unless your referring to our seriously messed up economy and how we arent making money in the most profitable times and sectors. Im actually happy he doesnt do anything to implement a real change for the better, it finally makes the individual feel personally responsible(Something we Americans have lost in the last few years) an take it as a individual challenge to make it happen. To not rely on PR to tell you what to do with our lives, and to resonate personal responsibility. It really seems to rub off on the state level...and make magic
