A Couple Questions About Cleaning Grow Room Before Use

Can anybody tell me the best way to clean my grow room before my first grow? What should I use? I want to wipe everything down and get it real clean before I Visqueen it and put my seedling under light.
Specifically, what should I use to run through my hydro system to clean them? I am using a top feed dripper for veg and DWC for flower.

use bleach on " walls floors etc,,make sure you air that out for at least 1 whole day ...as to clean ur hydro i dunno plain warm water run it threw there for a bit ...

Wipe down the room with 3% bleach&water mix.As for your hydro system I use GH Flora Kleen to clean the system out.I first run through the system is a 3% bleach mix and rinse it out and then run the flora kleen and your good to go. Peace

what do you mean when you said you can raise it out after you run bleach water through it? run water through it? if so, how much water and for how long? how much of the GH Flora Kleen should i use?

when you visqueen everything you want to make sure no moisture gets behind that plastic and onto the drywall... a moist warm environment like that will certainly promote mold growth and that would be bad, but I agree with the bleach mix for cleaning, let air out for at least a day, then put the plastic up, just try to seal the seams the best you can.

Hey xdvx, plain water to rinse and use what the bottle says,5 to 10 mls per gallon of water.Peace
