Yes, build a cheapo bubble cloner, there's plans all over the 'net, and they work awesome. I prefer to have my clone stems above the water line, not submerged. As the bubbles break the surface, they "mist" the stems. Keep your temperatures around 28-29C using a submersible aquarium heater with a temperature dial and you will have roots in 7-10 days. Use a thermometer to verify the water temperature once a day, some cheap aquarium heaters are crap and lie on the dial, but if you measure with a thermometer you can find the right setting. Another way might be to use a rheostat, but why bother.
The single most important lesson I have learned is this: your cuttings need to come from vigorously growing donors. Don't waste your time trying to clone a dying/unhealthy plant, they won't root.
