clones

i just finished a experiment with clones.i was wondering why plants roots seemed to grow at a alarming (fast) rate when a garden or house plant was in flower.well i think the answer is phosphorus!!! so what i did was took 12 clones and divided them in 3 groups.

group1....... feed them with very weak grow nutes (1/8th strength,of what i use for veg)
group2.......straight water for there rooting
group3....... flowering nutes(1/8 strength of what i use in flower)

results:
the ones using the flowering nutes not only rooted quicker they looked like a porcupine poking out of the rockwool in 10days very healthy and are growing at a faster rate in veg than all the others.
i really dont know if this is for everyone but i would suggest that some of you try this with at least 1 clone on your next cloning and report back!!

if you can spare a clone try one tracey,dont do them all i surely dont want to make a enemy of you over your future medicine.

I'm just now reading up on cloning... getting ready to try it.

I have some that look a bit hungry, and should be ready to pot up. If they have no roots I will try this, anothertime, and let you know how it goes...
