CO2 in a grow tent

Hello everybody ! indoor question now can't find topics on that

I'm planning to put co2 in a sealed grow tent.

I'll have a 4x8 tent, with 2 x 600w in cooled tubes, so the hot air would just go in and go straight out of the tent for heating purposes.

I'll have a dehumidifier/AC inside the tent, to make the humidity and temperature optimal.


My question is : will the heat of the two lamps in the tent be enough to make the temperature raise up to 27-32 C degrees (80-90F) inside? Or will it overheat without an AC ?

What can you expect (temperature) when you put 2 lamps in a closed tent, even with cool tubes?

i have DR120W and i am running a 600watt with a cool tube. my temps stay around 75 degrees.

if you use cool tubes, each bulb it own tube and a good fan it should be fine. keep in mind to have the in and exhaust on the outside to maintain the atmosphere in your tent

Forget the cool tubes, get a real reflector.

but stay air cooled, Tetra is right that these "tubes" aren't the best reflectors out there. rather look for something like the sun system reflectors in this video
