Default Aero System...

I have a aero tote.. With the 360 deg sprayers do you need to spray the cley pellets with water or do you put the sprayers straight and not spraying on the cley pebbles.. The moisture from the sprays get the cley moist? I want to fix my new setup and right now I have them spraying right on the cley pebbles making sure there wet..

thats what I thought... When you installed your sprayers... Did you mount them vertical so it sprays right on the basket.? I did that on mine what a pain in the ass maybe it was my sprayers..? Cheap?

Now I have my timer set on 3 mins on 5 mins off pre set.. When lights are off should the sprayer also be off.? Or does it run 24/7?

I have to build 2 more totes the 1st one i built but I had a little bit of trouble from the PVC pipe moving back n fourth and trying to make a piece so it fits in the pipe tight.. I have a 396 gph pump running my sprayers.. Is there a better way to build my PVC housing?

If you look at this " H " thats how I have it but and i connected it so its just 1 huge piece...

I mount mine right down on top of the pvc, looking down on it, I drill a hole and screw them in. they do clog very easy so start with clean water & clean tote...no shavings etc.

When vegging I run my pump 24/7.
In bud no. but many do. by the time mine go to bud after 7-14 days of veg, the roots reach the water in the res. anyway so I save elec. and don't worry about it during the dark.

I put my pump in the middle against one end, then come straight up to a t which splits left and right to the gap between rows of cups, there an elbow leading into a straight shot to the other end with endcap. So My parts list is (1) T and (2) elbows and (2) end caps. yea, the H pattern is too wobbly. I make mine just long enough to lay on the other end and that's it.

The best news of all is pvc is cheap....the ONLY thing in this that is. haha

enjoy

You Have Them In A DWC System With Misters Right?? That Is A Good Way To Do It, You Won't Need To Run The Pump When Lights Are Off, About The Mister's Yes I Mount Them Vertical And Where They Spray From The Top Down, Also I Like To Have Real Strong Pumps To Get A Fine Mist, And How Ever Deep Your Tote Is Will Determine Where You Need To Set The Mister Bar, Or If You Need Riser's, This Is How I Like To Make My Mister Bars For This Kinda System.

Hello,
Looks fine,,,I use the green one,,only cause that's the one I ordered. I don't know about the red..

Hatch is the guy on these systems. He's been budding with these for years. His systems have years of experience and are sturdier for it , etc.

I bud in a different system and use this for just rooted clones until they go to bud. Works great for cheap. plus for what I do it doesn't have to be very substantial although it performs wonderfully. I have used this to bud in the past.

good luck

I found my sim card for my camera just now.. I will snap some pic's of my grow area and what I made already.. I think I can make the tote a little bit better copying off hatch's drawing and spend some more time on that area.. My order wont be here till for a few more days but anyways.... I will snap pic's for later 2nite..

I ordered the red sprayers I have yellow ones but I dont think they spray that great? I have a 396 pump on these sprayers also...
