If Strictly growing for Hash -

If a person strictly grows to produce hash, do they have to dry the leaves, buds , etc. before freezing and using a microsteel screen collection method? I know the crystals are easier collected when everything is froze, but does it have to be dried and cured beforehand?

I'm sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I'm new to all of this.

drying some before hashing lets the veg matter shrink some thereby making it easier to break the trichomes off.

even just freezing helps but a couple days of drying will improve your yields greatly.

I've been freezing without drying,must try to dry them a bit first.thx for this kareem.
