He is so positive that in our pursuit to prove him wrong, we will only come to be believers and living proof of this medicine. I am on a mission to learn the truth! Diabetes
High Blood Pressure
Pillar Cysts-Cysts on the top of the skull; can be removed thru surgery-will possibly grow back; no cure for this-can only be removed thru surgery; only supposed to be removed if oozing or infection occurs. The Cysts are not painful but are very sensitive to the touch. Brushing your hair, or any touch to them is painful. They do not hurt unless you touch them.
Tinea Versicolor-Discoloration on the skin; supposed to go on high dose antibiotic for 14 days; rub from waist up with cream 1x month-covering entire skin area; No Cure-can only be controlled w/cream; possibility of spreading to other areas of skin (Was just diagnosed 5/14/2009: 2 Prescriptions wrote out; neither one filled)
Clogged Sweat Gland- On the bottom of foot; can only be removed through surgery;6 week recovery time with NO pressure allowed to be placed on bottom of foot; lots of draining during healing process; will possibly grow back after being removed. Without being removed, it's like walking around with a small pebble stuck to your heal. Has been present for almost 2 years and has caused a 'limp' when walking. Gland gets 'scraped out' every few weeks to relieve pressure. Has never been removed because of infection rate and healing time. Going back next week to get scraped out again and pick up Prescription Shoe Insert.
Unexplained pigmented skin on leg- Dermatologist explained it as a skin fungus that had allergic reactions to the sun. Condition has been present and spreading for 19 years. Has spread to waist and arm also. No Cure- can be controlled by creams; condition has spread for entire time of being present.
SO THERE YA GO... An entire list of things that will be worked on with the oil. ALL of these things are supposed to be UN-Curable according to the medical profession and can only be CONTROLLED through medication- So we will see! Making the oil, here is the official instructions from PhoenixTears:

My process:

Starting material:
I generally work with a pound or more of good grade hemp starting material. You can use just one ounce. An ounce will usually produce 3 or 4 grams of oil. The amount of oil produced per ounce of hemp will vary from strain to strain, but it all has that wonderful healing power.

1 - Place the completely dry starting material in a plastic bucket.
2 - Dampen the material with the solvent you are using. Many solvents can be used. I like to use pure naphtha but it costs $500 for a 45-gallon drum. You can use 99% isopropyl alcohol, which you can find in your local drug stores. Alcohol absorbs more chlorophyll from the plant material than naphtha does. This gives oils made with alcohol a darker colour but does not diminish the potency of the oil to any noticeable degree. Ether, naphtha or butane and many other solvents can produce oils that are amber and transparent. Granted these clear oils do look better but dark oil can be just as potent. If the process is done properly, little or no solvent residue is left in the oil. I have been consuming oils produced using different solvents for eight years with no harmful effects. You will require about two gallons of solvent to strip the THC off one pound of dry starting material. 500 milliliters of solvent should be more than enough to strip the THC from one ounce of hemp starting material.
3 - Crush the plant material using a stick of clean untreated (chemical free) wood or some such device. Even though the starting material has been dampened with the solvent, you will find that the material can be readily crushed.
4 - Add solvent until the starting material is completely covered.
Use the stick to work the plant material. As you are doing this, the THC dissolves off the plant material into the solvent.
5 - Continue this process for about 3 minutes.
6 - Pour the solvent-oil mix off the plant material into another bucket. You have just stripped the plant material of about 80% of its THC.
7 - Second wash - again add solvent to the plant material and work it for another 3 minutes to get the other 20%.
8 - Pour this solvent-oil mix into the bucket containing the first mix that was poured off previously.
9 - Discard the twice-washed plant material.
10- Pour the solvent-oil mix through a coffee filter into a clean container.
11- Boil the solvent off. I have found that a rice cooker will do this boil off very nicely. The one I have has two heat settings - high and low - and will hold over a half gallon (2.5 liters) of solvent-oil mix.
12- Add solvent-oil mix to the rice cooker until it is about ¾ full.

Make sure you are in a very well ventilated area and set up a fan to carry the solvent fumes away. The fumes are very flammable. Be sure to stay away from red-hot elements, sparks, cigarettes etc. that could ignite the fumes.


13- Plug the rice cooker in and set it on high heat.
14- Continue adding solvent-oil mix as the level in the rice cooker decreases until it is all in the cooker.
15- Add a few drops of water to the solvent-oil mix as the level comes down for the last time. The amount of water added depends on how much starting material you had in the beginning. If I am producing oil from a pound of good bud, I usually add about ten drops of water.
16- When there is about one inch of solvent-oil-water mix left in the cooker, put on your oven mitts, pick the unit up and gently swirl the contents
17- Continue swirling until the solvent has been evaporated off. The few drops of water help release the solvent residue and protect the oil somewhat from too much heat. When the solvent has been boiled off, the cooker that I use automatically goes to low heat. This avoids any danger of overheating the oil. At no time should the temperature of the oil go over 290F degrees (140 C).
18- Put on your oven mitts and remove the pot containing the oil from the rice cooker.
19- Gently pour the oil into a small stainless steel container.
20- Place this container in a dehydrator or put in on a gentle heating device such as a coffee warmer. It may take a few hours but the water and volatile turpines will be evaporated from the oil. When there is no longer any activity on the surface of the oil the medicine is ready for use.
21- Pour the hot oil into a bottle; or as in the video suck it up into a plastic syringe. Putting the oil in a plastic syringe makes it very easy to dispense the medicine.

When the oil cools off it has the consistency of thick grease. Some strains will produce very thick oil and you may have trouble squeezing it out of the syringe. If this happens, place the syringe in warm water a few minutes prior to use.

The oil Rick makes is made from Medical Grade BUDS. Rick has had a few ppl use the oil they made with trim and or sugar leaves, but it WILL NOT have the same potency, or as quick of a responce/recovery time as the oil made from BUDS. He says the oil made from trim will HEAL, but it will take a little longer to see results, and you might have to take more of the oil? The oil made from trim should give us Visual Results of Healing skin areas, but instead of it working in as little as 3 days for a skin cancer, it could take up to 2 weeks with the oil made from trim? My Dad will be on an oil made from BUD ONLY, so we should be able to see results with the Diabetes and Blood Pressure within 2 weeks. By 30 days, he should be cured? Thats what they are saying anyways! So I thought that was an important bit of info, incase someone will be preparing the oil for a life threatening ailment. Just be aware that the oil from trim will work, but not as fast as the oil made from bud. Jack Herer is a testiment to that. He started his oil made from trim. While it cured his diabetic sores and ulcers on his legs, it was not doing what Rick said it should have been doing with his over-all health. Once Rick realized that Jacks oil was from trim, he made Jack make a new batch using GOOD BUD. Within the 1st 30 days, this oil has Jack Herer a True Believer. He is now promoting this oil all over California. Everything on Jack has been imporoving since starting this oil from bud...Even brain activity that was damaged after Jacks stroke. Jacks speach is even improving! This is HUGE for the research that needs to be done with our brains! So lets keep our fingers crossed and hope everyone see's some amazing things! I will keep everyone posted! Please make sure to specifically state if you are using trim or bud or both as this can effect our recovery time!

Ok Guy. Heres another extraction method for the oil. This came to me from a friend on another site. She lost a friend in a house explosion trying to extract oil, using heat to evaporate solvent. She is VERY against using heat to evaporate, and she shared this method with me. I though I should share this with everyone here, so we can experiment with different methods of extraction. Her method seems way easy, and safe? Here Goes...

Quick Wash ISO (QWISO) is the best method in my opinion. Start by placing 99% ISO in the freezer overnight. Also freeze your dry plant material. Built a filter by cutting the bottom off a 2 liter soda bottle and drill some holes in it. Place a coffee filter inside the top portion of the bottle. Use the bottom with the holes in it as a filter retainer. Now place plant material and ISO in a plastic container and shake it like mad for 2 min, no longer or it will get green and be full of nasty tars and oils. Rapidly filter the plant material with a collender or wire mesh strainer and then dump the liquid through the coffee filter. Allow ISO to evaporate in a well vented room using no direct heat. A fan is fine but don't use heat. Once it's all evaporated scrape the goodness up and use sparingly.

By freezing the ISO you make it less agressive of a solvent so it dosn't quickly dissolve plant oils and chlorophyl but it will dissolve the trichomes releasing the cannabinoids into the ISO.

It's probably the safest method I have come across but you still need to be carefull. I was a firefighter/paramedic for years so I have a pretty good grip on safety precautions. Just don't use heat, keep all ignition sources away and vent well to prevent accidents. Just remember the faster you evaporate the higher the concentration of ISO fumes in the air so go slow and vent well.

She says it takes aprox. 24-36 hours to evaporate the iso out of a 13*9 size glass baking dish. A fan gently blowing on it helps to speed this up.

TURN YOU MAGIC HEALING OIL INTO AN OINTMENT.
This can be helpful to those who wish to use this oil topically, spreading over a large section of the body.


You Need...

1. RS Hemp Oil - Hash Oil - BHO;
2. Bees Wax
3. Double Steamer
4. Amber glass ointment bottle with lid

Runnings:
Water in the bottom pot and oil and wax in the top pot,
Bout 20% wax < oil 80%. By volume
Heat water (bottom pot) till wax melts, (top pot) stir in well.
Cool a sample to check consistency. Add more wax to make it firmer or oil to make softer.
When it feels good, pour into ointment bottle and cool.
That’s it Cannabis Ointment.

Therapeutic Use:

Can be used externally or internally. Yes it has Aphrodisiac properties too,

Remember this is one of the Safest known herbs to people kind.

Cannabis ointment helps with anything from tropos to pimples, insect bites to burns, chronic nerve, muscle and bone pain, migraine headache, severe back and neck pain, nerve & allergic rashes and more!!!

If You Have Rick Simpson Hemp Oil or Hash Oil, you can use that to make the ointment . This method of adding it to the Bees Wax would be helpful if applying the Hemp Oil over a large area of the body.

Hope this is helpful. I will be making some ointment in addition to the oil. I will use the ointment over a large section on my leg.

One of my friends was even successful making oil from his old DUFF material (vaporizer left-over bud). I dont have an update on how it works, but heres what he was able to do so far...

Update: Oil from Duff…

Finally, a real use for my duff… I knew I saved it all these years for a reason!

Following is the process I used for my first attempt at making Duff Oil with EverClear.

I gathered the following supplies I had laying around (Pasta sauce jar, Coffee filters and funnel) and of course the EverClear.



Added my duff to the jar and filled with EverClear to just cover the duff…





Cap the jar and store in a cool dark place for 7 days, shake the jar once a day to agitate mixture. After seven days, filter the mixture through coffee filter or cheese cloth wear rubber gloves because it is STICKY and GREEN and you can make a big mess if not careful…



WARNING! This next step must be done outside in a well ventilated or open area due to flammable fumes from the EverClear. Take PROPER PRECAUTIONS and be SAFE!

I used a Crock Pot: Added filtered solution and set on high (this one has high or low).

DO NOT leave unattended! The solution never actually boiled during the cook off and it took about 2 hours to get it down to a semi syrup state. I frequently agitated the mixture during the cook off.



Poured the syrup into an old coffee cup and used a small amount of the EverClear to reclaim the ‘tide marks’ of essentials from the crock pot and added that to the syrup cup.

I put the cup on a seed warming mat for 24 hrs and the let sit in the cupboard for another 24 and it’s done…





I’ve ordered some Plastic syringes with caps to store the oil (will get on Monday).

It looks like I yielded 2-4 ml of oil from the ‘jar’, I’ll know for sure when I get the syringes…

This “Duff Oil” is very potent! It knocked me on my ass with just a dab!

So, I am experimenting with how to use my new found ‘Doil’…

So far I have eaten it (very GROSS tasting): Great body high Reminds me of the Narcotic ‘fuzz’ from my Pain pill days…

I have smoked it, soaked into a pipe hit of bud and off to the moon…

I have Vaped it, put a big drop on a vape load and off to Mars I go...

And I am now trying some skin topical trials for minor stuff like warts, athlete’s foot, cuts etc…

All in all I am very pleased with the outcome. Now I realize that this is "Doil" (Oil from Duff) and has such it may not be ‘pure oil’ but it still packs a punch and is a great way to utilize your vaped material to the maxim…


I have another 2 jars soaking and will continue till I use up my Duff…


I will update this post with any treatment/recovery using this Duff Oil.

re Non heat method of extraction.

Without heat being used the oil being produced is different that that produced with heat.

The cannabinoids in the material become "activated" with heat. That activation would normally take place when the marijuana is smoked.

When herb is used in cooking the "activation" takes place during the cooking.

Material that has not been heat activated will provide beneficial results. But I don't think that the results will be as good without being activated by heat.

One of my friends is doing a water cure type oil. He not finished yet, but heres what he has so far...



after a week of soaking in a bucket of water, giving a poke a couple of times a day, i did this.

pic 4 - mj material put back in shirt and wringed out. [completing ruination of t shirt from chlorophyll stains lol] Check out the chlorophyll, dirt etc washed out.

next step is a second wash and filter for trichs.

I think what washed out will make for a cleaner end product. will keep you posted. best wishes nigel
