Hello everyone at GreenPassion
hi everyone ive been a member for awhile and thought i would finally introduce myself. Ive never grown bud before but i plan on trying an organic indoor grow this summer. I have researched countless hours on how to grow the ganja and cannot wait to get my own grow going. i wanted to go ahead and say thanks to everyone who has contributed to this site, it is by far the most organized and friendlist of the growing websites i have seen. Thanks Everyone!

this place is great.
the administrators and mods would/will literaly do backwards cartwheels to help ya if you ask....all we ask in return is to be civil. if a forum is filled with good people it almosts governs itself....weve had a few rough patches.. but they are extinguished rather abruptly( we have a gp attack kittie on the prowel) and thing go back to the laid back fun place we all signed up for in the first place.

i mix my own soil too....
as far as your grow cab.. ive never built one...i converted a room.. but ive heard of people using rubbermaid containers and t5s ..one guy wantd to try a 250 watts hps....the deal is as you know more wattage in a small space means more ventilation....what you got to work with?

Well i dont have anything i need right now. I have to wait and move before I can grow. But i was thinking about doing 2 rubbermaids stacked on top of each other with the bottom of one cut out and the top of the other cut out as well. have a vanity light fixture from lowes that holds 4 lights and use 4 42watt cfls or if i need more light maybe buy a y splitter and then add an 18 watt and 42 watt together for a total of 240 watts. ventilation would either be a bathroom exhaust fan or maybe 2 computer fans. I was thinking 2 2inch passive intakes and an oscillating fan inside the grow box blowing air upwards towards the light. Does anyone think this setup would be sufficient to run a 150 watt hps to flower in?
