Hey folks, just working my cfl grow through and want to keep a bonsai mother cab, preferably under LEDs.. just enough to keep them healthy and growing slowish.

not really up on the wavelengths of LEDs i need, most people seem to be concerned with flowering under them - i use L type fluoros for that, just want to minimise the electricity usage on the mother cab.

Can someone explain to me which LEDs i need for veg as above? i'll build the panel myself.. roughly 2sqft footprint for now, increasing as i get more strains. what do people use as PSU's for these? i'd be interested in pulsing if its better/more efficient..
