High peeps..

So i took Rick Simpsons movie and converted it to DVD format the other day.

I also made a "torrent" for it so it can be downloaded via Bittorrent


The Project:

The idea is for as many people as possible to help "seed" (spread) this file around the internet. The more people we have seeding this file, the more available places it will be available for people to download.

If you don't have a bittorrent client already, there are tons of free ones available on the internet such as azureus, utorrent, bittorrent, bittornado and transmission

just simply download the torrent file, open it up with your bittorrent client and it will start to download the movie from other people who have already downloaded it or are in the process of downloading it.

When the movie has fully downloaded, just leave your bittorrent client running and it will automatically seed the file to other people downloading it too.

I have 5(8) Seeders!!(EDIT: 8(9) 250-300KBPS already at top speeds on my computer)) ! I'll be seeding for as long as i have my computer just for GP!!

Is this only on Mininova? I don't do any uploading to these sites so I'm not 100% sure how they work. But can we get trackers or something to The Pirate Bay and Demonoid? I rarely use Mininova. not that it matters. Just help spread the torrent out a little bit..

Have to say it again, you f*cking rock. Download speeds @ like 550-650 kb/s w/ only 4 seeders and a couple of peers. I'll seed for as long as I can, HD is a little packed but I'll manage. Thanks a billion boss!

They both got jacked up as of late, with all the pressure and the sale of TPB etc. The Openbittorrent tracker is nice, throws another wrench in The Man's plans to suffocate us all.

If you use Google or another search engine you can find torrents that you are seeking by typing in (desired media) torrents. It is easier to browse with TPB but that's kind of causing the bloated idiot greed mongers to freak out vendetta stylee. The newest tracker site isn't attached to any particular browser database so it confounds the liabilities issues further providing a further layer of protection against persecution. If you noticed most torrents lately have had the openbittorrent tracker wich I believe also has some tech updates to increase speed and efficiency. Not a tech guy though, so that's the vague picture.

My I say that I have been affected by Cancer, both my parents died.
My Mother of Ovarian Cancer, after having a smear test just 1 month previously and given the all clear. She died at Christies Hospital, Manchester; 3 month later.
My Father suffered 9 month of Radio / Chemotherapy to cure his Lung Cancer. He died at home.
