This is a very sad turn of events. Jordan will be in my thoughts and prayers. We should find out all we can about the charges against him and support him in whatever ways we are able. |

Legal as far as you are not allowed to deal or distribute it. You can get a legal MMJ card, and also be an MMJ grower, but that is all gov't controlled. Dealing is still dealing however you toss it up in the air, and it is still so messed up, it depends on what day and how much you have.
