My xbox messed up months ago and I'm about to get a new one and I'm looking forward to playing Arkham Asylum. Does anybody have anything good/bad to say about this game? Anything to compare it to or any new games from the last 6 months I've missed out on. I've been playing the wii ...... any feedback would be appreciated

I haven't had a chance to install and play it yet, but there is a demo available for PCs. I think you can get it through Steam.

I've downloaded it from Mininova but I can't get it to work. I hate playing games on PC anyway. I'm waiting to get my new 360 cause my old one crashed. Thanks for the reply!!

i use a 360 controller with my system, and play the same games they realease for the 360 console on my pc. quadcore with 1.5 TB HDD and 4gb ram as well as 1gb video ram on my card :D

running thru the new wolfenstein as much as i can when i have the free time. i have not tried the new batman game, motaman, but it looks goood

did you buy wolfenstein? I downloaded a batman I was going to use my 360 controller but I couldn't get the game to start. There is another Relese on TPB but it was a bigger file and i needed to download a patch. I get sick of downloading 6 gigs of something I can't get to work. If you did download it (wolfenstein) let me know which one you downloaded and from where. that game looks fun too!

direct2drive is the only way to go when it comes to games. and they usually have good prices and a lot of deals going on. hard copies are always more expensive

well I'm not paying for a pc game. I'd pay for the 360 copy but this computer has some Nvidea card 250gig hd 500 gig hdd 2 ddr? I got this computer for media and editing more than anything its not much of a gaming system I don't believe? but I've only really played yahoo pool on here? so I'll give it another shot. I'll see if I can get Wolfenstien to work. and I guess try a different Batman. Thanks for responding! any other games you'd recommend Feel free. yeah i almost bought that game b4 i lost my box. I played bioshock and it kind of got me into games with more of a story. but fallout 3 would have been a big step for me. I still may try it one day. I honestly can't wait for the new super mario game for the wii. mainly cause thats all I have right now but Mario rocks. Galaxy was pretty rad once you got used to it but I think the new one is supposed to be more old school.

Assassin Creed 2, that's what I want

I'm guessing you liked the first one? I've never played assassins creed. it reminded me of hitman or maybe splinter cell. I'm not all about sneaking around in a video game. thats hard. try to duck and hit the wrong button and throw a flash grenade. Maybe its just me...

ok, Batman Arkham Asylum is NICE. the graphics are incredible. it has a very real and gritty feel to it. i was pleasantly surprised that they did not go the way of the Christian Bale Batman, which today seems like its everywhere. not that i dont like that version, its just not the only one. i have always liked the dark grungy versions, and this one takes the cake.
aside from the incredible look and rendering of the characters, let me comment on the gameplay. it is FUN, it is somewhat reminiscent of the Max Payne series in the execution of some of the combos resulting in fantastic cinematic finishing blows that you can feel in your hands. the controls are intuitive and feel very natural, adding to the overall experience. they pack enough action into the opening sequence that it alone makes you want to finish the game, which i cant do yet as i have only the demo. *sniff* no worries though, i will be picking this one up as soon as i can afford it.
the cinematics are excellent as well, usually i skip through these finding them annoying, but these were very well done, and helped to truly immerse you into the role of the caped crusader. 10/10 you must buy this game! or at least play it.
