Partner needed for website

Calling all web developers/programmers/designers again. Does anyone have any free time to invest in a websites' development? I know that's a vague question given the nature of web development and programming, but what I need is help with php scripting (interactive php as well), pretty much the backend of the highbydesign site i'm working on.
I would very much like to take on a partner, in order to make it a SIMPLER reality and speed up the process.
So, give me a yell guys, for sure.

do they have experience w/php scripting and MySQL? it's the highbydesign site, ecommerce retail of custom "ganja themed" artwork in different formats. basically. posters, wall hangings, murals, you know, cool shit stoners buy. of course there would also be "neutral"offerings as well for folks who want a mural or something done but don't want to be too obvious.
i have a good plan setup, including DIGITAL delivery of LARGE complex wall murals that can assembled by the customer, or ship it to them fully assembled, ready to unfurl and hang right out of the packaging.
there is money to be made, that is why i would like to expedite the process, hence the partner. =)

I have experience building sites using PHP/MySQL. However I'm not proficient in coding and scripting PHP. I'm a big fan of the open source community and the things they can bring to the table. I manage quite a few sites that use different CMS (content management systems). Not sure if that's quite what you're looking for but I thought I'd throw it out there.

thanks, m8, I appreciate it, but I use Dreamweaver CS3,
Photoshop CS3 Extended Edition, flash 8 pro, and fireworks as well as other apps and what not. You are generous my friend.
I need someone who would be committed to the project as well as maintenance(on what i cannot do, which is php) afterwards.
I expect this site to be very revenue driven after the initial launch and search engine submissions.
As I have stated before, a percentage of the profits will be routed to MPP to help further the fight for legalization.
The design is coming along nicely, but I need help with the php so that the site can be integrated with full shopping cart functionality.pot leaf
