Default I need some Excel help please!

Hi Computer gang, I am looking for some help setting up an Excel file with CBC data so that I can graph my husbands blood work as he begins his treatment with cannabis oil. (see thread about this here Foray in to the World of OIL! Here we go!

I'm pretty good at my Mac, but don't know the Excel program all that well. Can one of the Excel savvy folks here help me set up a document that allows me to input the date of the CBC, the value of his blood component and the normal blood value

So for example on June 6 he had a CBC. His White Blood Count (WBC) was 425. The normal range is 4 to 11 (and yes 425 is correct!) so then the next count done 2 months later show a WBC of 487. I would like to then take the data and make a trend type graph if possible.
I just really don't know how to enter the info so that I can get the end result. Any help on this would be so appreciated. Maybe someone can make a template for me to follow and then I can input all the data?

Thanks for any help!
Peace,
PG

Hi, I've attached a screen shot of a simple graph. Under the insert tab you can put in a graph, right click on the blank space and select the data set.
Hope that helps a little.

Awesome! Thanks you so much. I will keep fiddling with it and see what I come up with.
