I mean No disrespect here, But This site in relatively new, the oldest post I found was in Sept 07.

Who owns the site? And more importantly where are the servers located? I am sure with some digging I can find out but I would rather someone straighten me out on this. PLEASE?????

I goota tell you I like the site! You have alot going on here that I think is a great IMPROVEMENT over other sites. I just want to know its safe.

be careful what you say if you are worried the servers are safe and privately owned
out of country the boss man is GreenPassion the one we call GP and you are part of the history , as with every movement this to has a beginning and we are all part of it. anything else?

Server is located outside of country. Green Passion is person in charge. All is legal. We keep is that way to stay legal.

Greetings Fred,

I own this site, and the server it is hosted on. Our server is not located in the states. I believe our mission statement pretty much says it all, especially this little snippet:

GreenPassion envisions a country with public policies that:

1. Allow for the responsible medical and non-medical use of marijuana, and
2. Minimize the harms associated with marijuana consumption and the laws that manage its use

Like you, a lot of us were members at various other sites, and were not happy with the direction of those other sites, hence the inception of this site.

Being small allows us to form and mold the site into exactly what we as a group want.
