How much risk of arrest IS there in CA. I have a Dr. note. Im only growing 6 plants (so far) .Once I get my room running full, I still wont have over 8 ounces. I know that their is a bill up to keep any CA. law agency from helping the Feds. So Im more worried about theft than a bust. Am I being stupid?

I would try to make a space inside if possible and keep it as low key as possible. Tell only those that must know about it. I have trusted one other person with knowledge of my grow, and I do not plan on letting anymore in on the secret. I needed one person I could trust in the event that I am away, etc.

I really wanted to do this inside, but there is no room. My house is full my garage is full. The patio is the only place. I have tried to make it look like a storage room.

Good advise. But I guess my question should have asked how many people are getting busted in California.

Dispensaries are handled by the DEA, hence we hear about them more and it happens more often. Home growers are USUALLY handled by local law enforcement, so it's probably on a county-by-county basis. Call the LEO of the place you plan to move and ask about their attitude towards medical marijuana.

I live in a suburb of So.Cal. There are dispensaries everywhere. They are no more than 1 maybe 2 blocks apart. With all those places I figure local law is not to interested in a small personal grow. But once again I ask, am I wrong? Id really like to hear from others that live in other MMJ states, and CAL.
