WOW! Wonder if someone smelled that...! They look to be in flower. Can't imagine the money they spent on that all to get busted. I enjoyed some of the locals comments.
Peace.

Rep Power: 312 | | Loosen up Indiana...
I think Indiana needs to loosen up on the MJ laws: Indiana State Penalties conditional drugged driving tax stamps Incarceration Fine
Possession 30 g or less misdemeanor 1 year* $5,000
More than 30 g misdemeanor or felony 6 months - 3 years $10,000
*Possible conditional discharge on first offense. Sale or Cultivation 30 g or less misdemeanor 1 year $5,000
30 g to 10 lbs felony 6 months - 3 years $10,000
10 lbs or more felony 2 - 8 years $10,000
Sale within 1,000 feet of school, or other specified areas felony 2 - 8 years $10,000
Sale to minor felony 6 months - 3 years $10,000 Miscellaneous (paraphernalia, license suspensions, drug tax stamps, etc...)
Paraphernalia possession (first offense) civil fine none $10,000
Paraphernalia possession or sale (subsequent offense) felony 6 months - 3 years $10,000
Present where knowledge of drug activity occurs misdemeanor 6 months $1,000
Possession, sale or distribution conviction causes driver's license suspension for 6 months to 2 years.
Peace. |

200 plants is pretty extreme! The heat signature must have ben huge. Thats probably how he got busted? ( FYI! )The Feds have a mandate. Anything over 110 plants and you automatically get 5 years in prison! Indiana definitely does need to loosen up but you have got to use your head too. If 200 plants is 2.5 mil. Whats wrong with growing 100 and yeilding 1.25 mil and still be under the 110 limit and maybe the radar. Then do it again!

That is a very good point. Know your laws in your state. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. They said it was the best grows they had seen... Quote:

i think the people of indiana need to learn how to drive right this is the 3rd bust they got like this just from people forgetting to fallow the rules of the road worst one i seen though was the guy cuaght for speeding and had 10 pounds on him and lead to his home being raided where he had 6 thousand pounds sitting at his place which if would of been smart enough to watch his speed could of been avoided

yeah cant rember where i seen that one at but it was up in one of the forums the guy got pulled over for speeding and as anybody knows whos evan had a pound in the trunk knows the smell builds up the longer its in there and guess the cop smelled it but besides the 10 pound he had a stack of cash on him way more then evan most millionairs carry on them like 50 to 100 k in the car with the ten pounds.
you know it's sickening hereing stories like that for 2 reasons 1 the guy running the drugs is makeing a killing off of other peoples suffering and 2 the cops just keep making it worse but not becuase they want to becuase its there job it's just how they feed there family don't get me wrong i have no love for cops but after all our tax money pays them to do there job so instead of getting all mouthy with them and what not treat them like youd like them to treat you. i've had the misfourtian of being raided and once the raid was about over the head guy came over and took my cuffs off and told the other cops to quit pestering me cuase i wasnt acting like a crimenal i evan told them i didn't hate them becuase they busted me i had no problem doing the time cuase i choose to do the crime. but long story short just from being polite to the cops as the raided me and asked me countless questions like who did i buy from and that which they wernt to smart to ask a grower where he gets his weed from the term duh springs to mind but i treated them like i would any other person i meet on the streets i had my cuffs removed and for that long ride to jail had no cuffs on cuase i choose to act like an person with a brain instead of a child throwing a fit and blaiming the cops for just doing there job no there job aint always right but it is still just there job. i know i hate it when people come to my job and give me shit for doing my job if we true want people to take notice that people who do marijuana aint all bad people we need to act like it evan if we are unlucky enough to get poped instead of take it out on the cops wait till all is forgotten and off all kinds of probation or paroll then get the guy that turned you in i know one guy who will never snitch a peson out again for the rest of his life mostly cuase his jaw was broken in several places and had to be fused togather at the joints he will never be able to talk again seen him a coule times since then and as soon as he see's me he walks the other way kind of quickly

I see them as a necessary evil. While there are indeed really decent people who happen to be cops, the a**holes are the stereotype for a reason. I was asked to try out for the role when I was young. No, I'm not the type, and I'm not sure I like the type of people who become cops any more than I care for the other extreme. There's one in the family, a detective even. He's a decent guy, I don't have a problem with him, but that's because we overlook each other's faults in the family.
Peace to all,
Tex
