If my friends are willing to offer me monetary compensation in form of paper note tender for my some of my supply of buds...... does that make me a drug dealer?? I mean i cant just give the stuff away and my friends are deserving candidates, not random people i dont know... what do you think?

ya money for pot in any form makes you a dealer ... welcome to the club i think at one time our another most of us have probably sold to a close friend.i tell people that ask for me to sell to them that what they seek is a dealer what they have found is a smoker

but I am sure a "trade" of sorts could be "arranged"........something of equal value. ya know? i mean, it could still be construed as "dealing", so just arrange it at different times......yeah, m8t3?

even if wouldn't take any compensation it would be trafficking under the law of pretty much any country on the world - hack in most it is already if you pass a joint around or a bong - that is in most countries already trafficking. the only difference is that only in USA this really enforced to some extend - in punishment for passing a joint.

and trafficking makes you a dealer... this world sucks, anyone else a smoke?

as i got that much yield with my first grow, most of it i give away to friends, who give away to friends of them, and as most of them suffer from deseases (chronical pain, ms, crohn) i have no feelings of doing too much harm to mankind..., anyway i am a "dealer" as these people give me some money in exchange, less than getting their medicine the "usual" way, and they know what they get. yes, according to laws in my country, i am doing illegal deals.

In some parts of the U.S. just cultivating gets you dealer status, as in "cultivating with intent to deal". The amounts vary, however they are all figured from GREEN plants and not cured weed. The amounts are all ridiculously small, about an ounce (of green, uncured weed). Any of us growing in these states are all dealers, so join the club!
