Top Celeb Stoner_Steph Sherer.jpg….Steph Sherer ,,, Steph Sherer, activist, founded “ Americans for Safe Access” in 2002 as a way to combat the DEA's war on medipot in California and to educate people about the medical uses of marijuana. Based in Oakland, ASA focuses on patients rights, regularly organizing alerts, hearings and protests.

In her acceptance statement for being voted Top CelebStoner, ASA's executive director humbly writes: "While I am neither a celebrity nor a stoner, I will continue to work with patients across the U.S. to make sure that they receive the treatment they need without fear of legal sanction or the challenges of safe access. ASA boasts 30,000 members, and chapters and affiliates in 40 states.
Debbie Goldsberry_joint.jpg……Debby Goldsberry,,,Cannabis Action Network and Berkeley Patients Group founder Debby Goldsberry was the first activist to be voted a Top CelebStoner.
Goldsberry co-founded CAN in 1989 after several years on "Hemp Tour" with activists Ben Masel and Jack Herer. The organization instilled a more grassroots, female-oriented spirit into the then heavily male-dominated marijuana legalization movement. CAN started in Lexington, Kentucky but soon moved to Berkeley, California. After voters passed Proposition 215 in 1996, Goldsberry and CAN opened Berkeley Patients Group, one of the Bay Area's first cannabis dispensaries for medical use. They expanded to two more dispensaries in Los Angeles - L.A. Patients & Caregivers Group and California Patients Group (CPG). However, CPG was raided by the DEA in 2007 and has since closed.
"It's an honor to win the vote for Top Celebstoner," says Goldsberry. "Let's roll out the green carpet, put on hemp evening wear and celebrate! Cannabis is an amazing plant with a beautiful appearance. It's fun, creative and exciting. And it promotes a strong message of peace, kindness and compassion. I've been honored to be a spokesperson for this plant and this message for the last 20 years. Hemp can save the planet."
Born and raised in Illinois, Goldsberry attended the Univeristy of Illinois at Urbana. She resides in Oakland with her daughter Nai'a.
Drew Berrymore +Cameron Diaz_joint5.jpg…..Drew Barrymore,,, One of Hollywood's most beloved actresses also happens to be a stoner.
The best evidence of this was the photo Drew Barrymore (back to camera) smoking a joint with BFF and fellow Top CelebStoner Cameron Diaz taken on a beach in Hawaii in 2007.
Cameron Diaz_joint2.jpg…..Cameron Diaz,,,There's just something about Cameron Diaz that drives stoners crazy.
In February 2007, while vacationing in Hawaii with her Charlie's Angels co-star Drew Barrymore, Diaz was photographed smoking a joint (right). They were the hottest pot-parazzi pix of 2007.
In 1998, Diaz and Ben Stiller smoked a joint in There's Something About Mary.
About growing up in San Diego, Diaz has recalled, "It took two hours to get there [to the beach] on the bus. You stayed all day, ate corn dogs. It wasn't the 'California Dreamin'' thing. We had only $2 for a joint." Diaz was the first woman to be voted a Top CelebStoner.
Mary-Louise Parker_Weeds5.jpg…..Mary-Louise Parker,,,Mary-Louise Parker's brown eyes dart from side to side, giving her time to respond to the latest crisis on Weeds, Showtime's popular pot series. Her character Nancy Botwin sells kind bud when she's not busy raisng her family or going on drive-by shootings with the local gangstas.
It's all played for laughs, but Weeds is not your ususal comedy - it's TV's first-ever cannabis-themed sit-com.
No one would have ever expected Parker - known for her work on stage and screen - to emerge as TV's leading lady of weed. Megan Fox-stoner3.jpg…..Megan Fox,,, joins fellow Stoner Starlets, says it should be legalized."
On several occasions, Fox has acknowledged her marijuana use: "I've done drugs. I didn't hide it And: "I can't tell you how much bull**** I've been through because I will openly say that I smoke Weed. People look at it like it's this crazy, hippy, ****ed-up thing to do. And it's not. I hope they legalize it."
With Megan Fox on our side, legalization can't be far behind.
Adrianne Curry_smokes2.jpg…..Adrianne Curry,,,Adrianne Curry has gone from America's Next Top Model to Top CelebStoner.
Born on Aug. 6, 1982 in Joliet, Illinois, Curry had problems with hard drugs as a teenager and went to rehab."As a semi-celeb, I am sick and ****ing tired of people coming down on me for being pro-marijuana," Curry tells CelebStoner. "I'm the bad role model? Why has everyone seemed to miss the countless photographs of their favorite role models and celebs toking up? As long as as someone keeps it under wraps, or sits in denial when they are caught, then it's ok? Well, not for me. I believe pot is MUCH safer than alcohol or anything else for that matter. I can only hope our government can find a way to make as much money off making it legal as they have making it illegal! I am proud to be picked as the Top CelebStoner, even if there are countless celebs that could burn me under the table. They just dont admit to it! Thank you all!"
