I promised Deb I'd post some pictures of the cookies I was making over the weekend. I made two different kinds.
The first batch is what you'll see pictures of, the fancy "Christmas Cookies." I added candy cane chips to the batter to replace the one cup of raisins I i left out and I added a glazed walnut to the top of some of them and then sprinkled them with a few more peppermint chips. The mint does what I'd hoped and offset the unpleasent taste of the budder. I'm very pleased with them. I used a recipe I found online.
On all the rest of the cookies I used my standard recipe. I've found that if I use a mellonballer as a scoop and then cut each scoop in half, I can keep my cookies uniform. Each cookie contains 1.6 grams of weed. They pack a wallop. Can't wait to deliver the cookies to the guy who gave me the trim. :-)

Have to refrigerate the cookie dough to get it firm enough to scoop out and roll into *****. The less it's handled, the better.
They bake in the oven at 350 for 7 minutes.

Everyone who's tried them can't believe the powerful punch they carry. :-) I love doing this.
It was especially nice to have my son and his family here over the weekend. Most enjoyable weekend I've had in quite some time.
The wind is kicking up here and I have work tomorrow. Sigh... I wish I was a lady of leasure but I'm not. Night all!
