Hey Everybody, Good news on ballast warranty,I have two of the Galaxy 400 watt electronic ballast runs both MH and HPS.A couple weeks ago we had some bad weather and the power went out for a hour.When it came back on the one ballast didnt.Got to checking it and it was the ballast. Panic, I borrow a 400 hps mag ballast from a firends step dad.
After talking to 1000 blulbs where I got it from I was for sure I was out of luck with a replacement in a short time.I talked to juston at HIDHUT and he helped me out with a shipping thing call RMA.Anyway I shipped it to sunlight supplys in florida.Oh well that's a goner.To my surpize, I shipped it on 7-30 and it came back 8-12.They sent me a brand new one.Here's another thing on the box of the new one it says generator-ready.With another 5 year warranty.I couldnt be happier with the way it all went and the help HIDHUT did. I have bought stuff from HidHut before and he stands behind what he sell's and the service is over the top.I will be picking up the 600 digital he sells in a month so I will have 3 hid light running in the future. Gr8t customer service is hard to come by at the worst of times so this is nice to hear. A new 600W Toke? That sounds like a good idea.
