Default HID hut

Ordered a 250watt lumatek ballast, 250 hps bulb, ecofan, econowing about a month ago. I couldn't fulfill the card payment online because of different shipping and billing addresses.
Before i ordered i inquired via email on stocked items and since they didn't have the HID ballast, Justin would give me a $10 credit or yo yo hangers if i bought a complete light kit. So i went with a lumatek ballast hearing great things about it. Since my card didn't go through i called and spoke with john and placed my order over the phone.
About a week later i receive a call from John saying that they didn't have the lumatek ballast in stock but if it was cool if i switched to the galaxy since the specs are the same only the galaxy accepts a 240v. He mentioned that they were both the same price, but when i checked on line the following day at work, the lumatek was $20 bucks more. So, instead of giving hassle, i figured he threw in the yo yo hangers so...whatever. But, i'm almost forced to go through them because of shipping to Hawaii.

Yeah, i'm not really sweating it. They initially threw in the yoyo's or were willing to give me a $10 rebate. Everything came within the time they said and all items were there, test runned for 10min and good to go...except the yoyo gotta figure those out.
The customer service was excellent except for the little misinformation. But like i said, they were cool in the begining.

6 of 10 for experience, cust. serv, stock quantity, product, and big plus for shipping rates--some places the cost to ship to Hawaii almost doubles the cost of products i'm buying.
I'll still go back to them for misc supplies and because they support an organization with good karma.
