I just wanted to let everyone know what a great company HID Hut is. I had a fan burn out last night and fortunately I had ordered two the first time so I had a spare. I spoke with Justin this morning. What a great person to talk with. He is very knowledgeable about his products and was able to make suggestions. For the newbies like me, this is great to have someone to talk with about issues like this. I have seen other posts about them being more expensive, however, their service outweighs the cost. I usually receive my orders in three to four days. I tried another company when I placed my first orders. I split it between two companys going with the cheaper items from each company. HID Hut came in three days, the other came in two weeks. The other company sent a defective timer and I called them and they said they would issue a credit but never did, so they ended up not be cheaper in the long run. I have tried to get info via the phone with a couple of other companies and was put on hold from one - no picked up and another acted like it was a pain to have to talk with someone.
Long story short, I will never give my business to another company. We all need to support GP by using HID Hut. And for the paranoid, all packages are discreet, and you can call and talk with Justin without fear.

you can also support Hidhut because they support GP....but their are plenty of other reasons....

they have great customer service! I post about them couple months ago. Well the only bad thing I have to say is they could work on packaging there glass reflectors better. I just recently bought a new air cooled reflector. It came broke. Then I called them and they sent me a new one. It came 4 days latter broke again. So I called them again complaining that I can't keep having packages delivered. They shipped it out and it came in 3 days finally not broken. Well all the broken ones they said I could keep! Well at least thats a plus.

They owner there Jason is great. He definitely is there to help.

why not just spend the extra $30 and get a 600W? (reflectors are cheap anyway and even cheaper if you make them yourself) You will get more yield faster with a 600 vs a 250
