Hey guys I just ordered got my 400 watt kit. The glass came broken and the wire was had a little cut. I called them and the owner called me back with in 45 minuets. Great customer service there. Helped me with everything and more. They are sending me a new glass and wire. Also they gave me discount for some more nutrients! These people are real stand up guys! Guys order from these people. They really there to help.

By the way I ordered the reciepy for success, Dutch master penetrator and reverse, and ph tester. Great people. I'm so happy. When ever I call my local hydro store they really don't give much help for a newb! F**k ********hydroponics!

yep you want a good price and quality of course...but coustomer service is key

I have ordered from HID Hut in the past and received all products undamaged, so I can say they tend to pack goods securely. I have had no real experience with customer service. From what you say, leap, I would be even more willing to deal with them again.
