Hey all Has anybody used or dose use Fish Emulsion.I got some the other day and mix some up in plain water and fead it to the plants.First thing is the smell,boy dose it stinks bad too.The plants seem to like it.They grew 1/2" in a day after I water them.Peace

Hey toke... yes I have some. I actually use it sometime's in my witches brew to lower the ph of my solution. Just a little bit makes quite a change in the ph level of the water. Atleast the stuff I have does.
I have used it as a foliar spray the odd time when my plants have looked alittle out of sorts. Yes it Stinks....

Thanks and welcome to mods.Yes it dose lower the ph alittle for me too.My PH is 8.4 and it comes down 6.4 with fish.They should call it stink emulsion.I have been in fish house and cannery and it dont stink like this dose.You must have outdoor plants you spray with fish stink.I couldnt live with it inside.But it is good.I've heard from other soil growers that use it they have noting but good to say about.It dose what it says it will and I like that. I haven't used it on my plants but 6 years ago I had a 55 Gal fish tank with coy and gold fish the size of your foot,and these fish are nasty I would have to change out 50% of their water every week.I would use a gravel cleaner to siphon the poop out of gravel and into 30gal container, and dump it out in the front yard. I had the greenest grass on the block...
Now I mix it up into a 50 drum and drop a sump pump into it with a 15'hose and hose sprayer and spray it over the yard. but boy does it stink,I don't do it till the neighbors are gone to work so when they come home they don't know where the smell is coming from.LOL
