Default Difference between activated carbon and charcoal for odor control?

besides the price what's the difference? The charcoal I'm using is from schultz and is meant for plants to absorb salts and such. It seems to work alright but I'm only on day 3 of flowering after vegging for 6 weeks and I'm wondering if the charcoal can handle the smell. the air is blown thru the charcoal which is sandwiched in between air filters, one of them activated carbon. and wrapped around the exhaust tube.

the link won't work properly, at least for me, so type "question 209" into the search field

Kitty Litter? How does that work, or is it used after the kitty has added fragrance to it?

Um, one is carbon and one is charcoal?
One is meant to get wet, one is not.
One works for odor, one does not.

Kitty litter works, for a little while, then it clumps from the Hu.
Odor blocks are great if you want to smell like a diaper pail.
