that place looks great, but how practicle is it for the average person to sustain all of that and put forth the cash for the expensive equipment such as the solar pannels while on a average income...not very. Though it is a better idea to water a garden than a lawn, great video....ideas we should all strive to copy

We are slowly converting. The cost prohibits us from totally doing what they did. But they are cheap things like the outside shower that is just a black coiled up hose and a surround. That is something I would like to do this summer. Great for showering off after working outside when you are all dirty and don't want to track it in the house.

Also love the solar cooker idea. There are killer directions for making these on online.
