| I use Passion Flower (Passiflora spp). Dried leaves are brewed into tea. Works well for those sleepless nights that most people have now and then. Very calming and mild sedative effects. 4kaan4

| I just discovered (after a trip to see my MM doc) that if you grind your bud into powder you can then put it into gel caps. Add a few drops of olive oil (since thc is oil soluble) and you have a canna cap. I have the flu so was happy to find out these help with sleep, calm your stomach and also help regulate your bowels. I take two caps about 2 hours before bedtime. | ||||||||

| I have been making caps for my wife. She doesn't use the expensive anti-depressants anymore. Will use olive oil from now on. Hadn't thought of that. I have just been putting ground up bud into the caps.

| Also know as opium poppy. I grow these in the spring and finish them in the summer outdoors. A few pods from a afghan strain ground up and made into a tea is a very potent painkiller (morphine, codeine)and muscle relaxant (papaverine). If anyone is interested, PM me and i will give you some more info and send you some seeds, u just pay for shipping. Watch out though, if you use this regularly it is very addictive. It is good for those real bad days when MJ just isnt enough. Good health to you all, MyBuddy

| In my personal findings, when making brownies, which I consider almost the same as eating those pills you've mentioned Mogie...the effects depend. The effects depend on the strain you are using. My last batch of brownies, were magical, eat one brownie, and all that ails you, seems to disappear, and you feel like a 20 year old! (These were made from mazar) Full of vigor, and doing various chores around the house that you've been putting off for years, it really was amazing! Now this next batch is totally different. I dont get the energy from them at all, however, as Mogie said, it does regulate your bowels, it also seems to be a tremendous aid in sleeping. (These were made mainly from medi-bud) I suffer from a horrible case on insomnia, rarely ever getting more than 20 to 30 minutes of back to back sleep at one time, but after eating one of these brownies, I start to nod off in my chair! My first night on the brownies, and I slept all night, I even had dreams, and woke up fully rested. The only ill side effect is that after waking up the next day, all you want to do is.......sleep some more! I think my next batch, I'm going to try adding even more ganja butter. Peace Quote:
