As exciting as they are to watch, the leafs just never win. I know I'm Canadian, I SHOULD like hockey, but I've gotten tired of watching them lose over and over. Now rock climbing, that's an intense sport.

I used to play hackey sack ALL the time when I first got into highschool. I was very good at it at one point. As for climbing, it's definately my new love.
But back to hockey, I have a question for you. I'm curious what you, and others, think on this.

Do you agree that hockey would be much more exciting to watch if it went back to how it used to be with very limited teams. That way people would be travelling great distances to watch an NHL game, and it would be much more of a special event. I just think it would have been so cool to be a sports fan back in the day when there was under 10 teams.

thats good if you have the time to travel but i love that hometeam feel. not to mention hockey was a northern thing, if it hadnt of gotten larger i would never have really cared about it, but now that its around the south and everywhere else its my favorite commercialized sport by far! granted old school hockey was definately more violent

I do love hockey unfortunately 41 yrs and no cup in my town. ????? Toronto Maple Leafs Su_k so I have to cheer on the last of the Canadian teams Vancouver. Afterall they have Matts Sundin that Chunky Soup eating mother loving ex Maple Leaf captain that now has his best chance at getting his Stanley Cup ring. Woooo long winded sentence.
