I do not kill anything intentionally except the occasional fish I might catch and, the veggies in my garden(s).
I do however love these creatures whom these folks hunt and because there is a plethora of information on their site, I find it a valuable resource.
However you feel about hunting, I hope you enjoy this site.

WOW, that site made my stomach knot up. I don't like to think about anyone killing something as a sport unless they're going to eat it. Killing a beautiful animal just to skin it or mount the head is difficult to grasp. I was happier focusing on saving lives on this site. Just my 2 cents worth.

Richard, I'm just one woman on this site. There might be lots of others that think that link is really cool. I'm a member of the San Diego Zoological Society that has a mission to repopulate the wildlife and preserve it's place on earth. I just feel sad that anyone would consider taking a life and calling it a sport. But then again I can't even understand the mentality behind cage fighting. Beating each other to death until one can't get up. Those so called sports aren't in my world. But that's just me. I'm not judging those that disagree. I think we have more two legged humans that are more of a threat to human life than innocent animals. Why don't they make shooting gang members or murderers a sport. Think of it as cleansing of the gene pool. With rapists, child molesters and murderers on the rise they could help thin out our over crowded prison system. |

But as you say, I'm only one person on this site and my opinion doesn't carry weight.

not a problem interesting side note, if your having weight or cholesterol problems, switch from from beef to lean deer, from pork to rabbit, and chicken to squirrel, deer has less fat than beef, rabbit has no fat at all, and squirrel is extremely good and good for you as well.
