Default Any suggestions?

I have been sitting here pondering all of the places I have been, and even more all the places I haven't. Then I realized that all of my traveling thus far has been for military duty, or a funeral, or things of that nature. I have never actually gone somewhere as a vacation. Never. Im nearing 30... losing my hair from stress. And in all honesty, I just need a recoop trip. And after all, I truly feel I deserve it. So, now my question is, where should I go? Im going to get a passport soon. So it doesnt have to be in country. I love the sun. Nature. Good food. Old art and music. And Id prefer to go somewhere near the water. So anyone have any suggestions for me????

N. California - the redwoods.

They are incredible old souls. You can feel them.

They are just amazing.

Hawaii - Very peaceful and relaxing.

The trip to the dole pineapple plantation on oahu is nice. I could sit on the North Shore of Oahu, checking out historical surfing spots for days

Peru. It has beaches, deserts, full rainforests, and large cities. anything and everything you could want to visit. Machu Picchu is amazing.

MG,
I would strongly recommend the west coast of California, specifically from Mendocino county up to the Oregon boarder. Summer time here is incredible and a trip threw the Avenue of the Giants is a must. October here is oh so sweet,

You could always take a raft down the New River Gorge

I had a great trip down that river, make sure you have a water tight case for your herb.

Gosh all these places sound great

I would suggest St John....beautiful safe carribean island...2/3 is undeveleped national park...beautiful beaches....you can rent a moped and get one of those eco tents (more like a tree house overlooking the ocean with cooling breezes) beautiful beautiful stessless. bump into a mongoose while hiking...see a zillion fish while

snorkeling, have a beer in the sunset....

Maho.org - Concordia Eco-Tents - Maho Bay Camps - Green Resorts on St. John, US Virgin Islands (USVI)

eat those beautiful little fruits that grow on the barrel cacti..but not those apple looking ones...luckily I just got a alittle buzzy...but they can be dangerous...about the only think on the island that is.
