Leap, thank you so much for posting this! Very very good vids. I think, if you don't mind, I will post a link in my LST'ing thread to this. There is lots of conversation in there on Supercropping, and this will clarify it. Please let me know if this is okay with you?
Here is a link to the part I will add it to. Take a read if you wish. Low Stress Training ~ LST'ing with hardware and wieghts

Yes, Ileso, it is true. I cover some of this in my LST thread. I am trying it on my girls. Just a bend here and a bend there, the highest ones. ......time will tell.

so how does this work on flowering plants? anyone that tried it see any halted growth at the tops (bud wise............er?)? i was gonna LST but the stem feels a little too brittle to bend it nicely so i figure i'd go with this method instead. so does anyone have results yet?

Hey Sentra....Guess who? LOL! Yes, I have been supercropping my top most branches of my flowering girls. It definatly has not slowed them down at all. I have noticed the buds under the supercropping grow bigger faster, and the side shoots on the piece I supercrop has not stopped filling in at all. Looks good so far. Look at my girls in the thread about my flowering girls. You can see the buds lying horizontal. It is working. Here is a pic. The one on your left has been super cropped, but she is still reaching up there so I will continue. I do it one day and the next she is standing up again, do it lower and more buds pop out. Works great~!
Peace

for clarity,
are you doing all this in veg or flower or both?
If been doing t he pinching/bending routine and havent noticed a significant increase in cola size in comparison to not pinched/bent.
I only want fatter nugs..help.

I only want fatter nugs..help. | you mostly do it in veg. but I along with a lot of people have tried it in flower. works brilliantly! you can check out the progress on my journal its somewhere half way in. also a few others had done this at the time of the videos being posted im sure they have some pics as well. EDIT:
it doesn't really make the main cola fatter if you pinch it down. but the light getting to the smaller buds beneath will definitely get a good size bigger.

I think it really has increased my buds indoors and out. You can just try it on one branch and see what it does. I realy think it did a good job. Take a look at the thread in my signature, "LST'ing with hardware" and go to the end, it shows a lot. Here are a few more pics for you of one that was supercropped. Look also in the link "My Little Grow" I am just going to go and add more pics as well, if I get there!
Peace
