You want your lights to spin so you wil get dizzy ..
Acutally it is the same concept of a light track but instead of back and forth it goes round and round

so the idea is that you can use fewer lights in a larger area .The light is more evenly distirubuted.

you could also use one MH and one HPS, getting a real FULL spectrum of lights for your plants.
