HM? where have I seen this lately ???

I personally hate the prospect of marijuana being viewed as a commodity, sold to the highest bidder in a capitalistic society. MONEY seems to be the Green many are talking about when they talk about Marijuana.
Many states are now looking at taxation of this medicine as a revenue stream. How many other medicines are subject to taxation by the state ?

I may be old fashioned but, I don't understand how any person or government can enforce a tax upon the grower of a naturally occurring plant they do not intend to sell for a profit. Then again, I'm still trying to figure out who was the person who first said it's OK to sell land they do not own and issue a title of transfer. ;>}

It was the government who sold land that they never owned lol just like they do everything else and they will do the same with marijuana,,I pray not though
