Its funny how much were Hoping; considering it was Hope that drove him into office. In every single issue Cannabis keeps driving itself up to the top of National Defense, Economy, Health Care, etc. The only thing is every time it does, they delete the entire posts with all of the votes towards it. After Change.org knew Cannabis was the highest priority of the public, they responded by making the American public feel ashamed for their cannabis use by saying, "You'd think wed have more than Stoners and teens voting on issues on this website".
